How long does it take to get floors installed?
Once you order your floors or materials it takes about 10 days to arrive in our Colorado Springs warehouse.
Our fullfillment department will call you to schedule your installation. (Unless you have made a “cash & carry” purchase and you are able to install your floors yourself) We scheudule around your schedule and can typically start installation in 1 to 2 weeks.
Most installations begin within 21 days of placing your order. Feel free to inquire about your specific timeline.

How do I estimate the cost of flooring?
We are a full service flooring company and you only pay for the services you need.
First, we invite you to visit our showroom and select a few sample floors and discuss your project.
Next, we schedule a free in-home measurement where we bring the samples to you. You will receive a detailed estimate within 2 days.
We estimate everything we can see. We cannot see under the flooring etc, however, if any unforeseen concerns arise, you will be able to discuss options with your installer or Lifestyle Floors staff.
These details are discussed with your design consultant before you place your order. Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible up front so you make an informed decision for your home.

Lifestyle Floors “Confidence Warranty” guarantees if after the installation and within 30 days you are unhappy with your choice, we will replace your product at no cost to you.
We ask that you live on the floor for 30 days and if you are still unhappy, we will replace that product. We ask that you pay to have it removed and reinstalled, but we will take care of the product itself.

Our “Ultimate Confidence Guarantee” steps up a notch with our 5 Star Rated Carpets.
It is the same Guarantee as the Confidence Guarantee with exception of we pay for the removal and installation of the replacement product.
Price Protection Guarantee
If you find a lower price with one of our competitors on the same brand, style, and color product within 30 days after your purchase, we will happily refund the difference.
Our competitors are defined as local full-service flooring stores not online or “big box” stores.
Installation Guarantee
We are so confident in our work that we guarantee our install for 2 years. If you ever do have an issue with your install, we have you covered and will make it right at our expense per our material specific checklist within the first 2 years of install.
