Matt & Jenny Rial | Owners

Matt started installing floors when he was 14 years old with his father. With his 30 years of flooring experience he selects only the most durable and affordable flooring products to carry in the showroom.

Matt and Jenny are active in all areas of Lifestyle Floors and always available to help with floor selection, design and any issues that may arise.

Their two boys have also taken to installing as well.

Confidence Guarantee

At Lifestyle Floors, we want our customers to be confident in their purchase and to ease the decision-making process. We know that with all the choices in flooring there could be hesitation in a final selection, and we are prepared to help in the case of a mistake in color, texture or in the overall product itself. Lifestyle Floors “Confidence Warranty” guarantees if after the installation and within 30 days you are unhappy with your choice, we will replace your product at no cost to you. We ask that you live on the floor for 30 days and if you are still unhappy, we will replace that product. We ask that you pay to have it removed and reinstalled, but we will take care of the product itself.

Ultimate Confidence Guarantee

Our “Ultimate Confidence Guarantee” steps up a notch with our 5 Star Rated Carpets. It is the same Guarantee as the Confidence Guarantee with exception of we pay for the removal and installation of the replacement product.

Price Protection Guarantee

If you find a lower price with one of our competitors on the same brand, style, and color product within 30 days after your purchase, we will happily refund the difference. Our competitors are defined as local full-service flooring stores not online or “big box” stores.

Installation Guarantee

We are so confident in our work that we guarantee our install for 2 years. If you ever do have an issue with your install, we have you covered and will make it right at our expense per our material specific checklist within the first 2 years of install.
